Mr. Thomas communicated very clearly, bid a great, highly competitive price for a conventional water softener system plus a sediment filter. He & his son installed system efficiently, with an accommodating evening install. He explained how system worked, when salt needs replenishing, when to change sediment filter, etc. He was short a faucet vacuum/backflow device and returned later to install.
